The Pakistan Tour of India highlighted how far the lines between cricket administrator and broadcaster had blurred since last the sides met, the evident bias being an ominous sign of things to come.

India successfully avoided a series whitewash by winning a thrilling final ODI by just three runs. The bowlers skittled India for a low total thanks to Ajmal's 5 wickets, but the batsmen weren't able to defy a spirited Indian fielding unit. Pakistan won the series 2-1.

The success of the much maligned Pakistani batting lineup was a pleasant surprise for Pakistani supporters and a matter of concern for the opposition. Misbah attributed this new found confidence to the training camp for batsmen which was supervised by the veteran Pakistani batsmen and Ex Captain, Inzamam-ul-Haq

Pakistani captain Misbah Ul-Haq feels that batting stalwart Younis Khan will have a huge role to play in the upcoming ODI series against India.

India tied the series 1-1 thanks to a thrilling half century from Yuvraj Singh which was took good for the Pakistani bowlers. Mohammad Hafeez produced a phenomenal innings of his own but it wasn't quite enough to chase India's massive 192.

There were high hopes from this game and it did not disappoint. The game swung back and forth till the very end. India got off to a great start with a fantastic opening partnership. However, once the wickets started to fall Pakistan did very well to restrict India to 133. The Indian bowling then get off to a fantastic start thanks to Kumar. The Pakistani skipper – Mohammad Hafeez - and Malik however fought back with a century partnership to put Pakistan into a strong position. Once Hafeez fell though the momentum swung back India’s way. However, Pakistan had Malik at the crease who was able to guide Pakistan to an extremely tense victory.
