Did you see money be handed over or did you only see the jacket handed over just like others? There is a jump in the video from the car and in the restaurant so you have no evidence whatsoever.

According to NOTW explanation story is was Wahab jacket in the first place. Mazhar realised he could not fit $10 000 in his pants pocket so asked to borrow jacket for meeting in the car.

Quite possible Wahab did not know WHY he wanted to borrow jacket, he just leant it to his friend or whatever, Mazhar did not necessarily say "I need it to fit spot fixing money in".
