Does the Urdu word for stop have a 'kh' sound to it.

For example KHan, KHaamosh, laaKH, deKH etc.

so is it ruk or rukh?

It does not have the letter Khay sound so it should be ruk

Khan or Khamosh also sound different from Laakh and Dekh

rukh means direction.

tumhary chehray ka rukh kistruf ha?

i get u. but you used it incorrectly in this sentence . it shoud be tunmhare chahre ka rukh kahan ko hai. ( kis turf bhi direction aur rukh bhi direction.)
coming to the main point rukh also means face (be-rukhy )
so one can also say.
tere rukh ka rukh kahan ko hai.
