You were better than the first bowler.
Your release is a tad late, thus you were dropping it too short and got pummeled.
Pace is obviously an issue, but not everyone is blessed with that. :)

Your Like A Carbon Copy of Rao.
To increase your pace i would suggest that you point your left arm higher in your action.
You should also run in a little harder.
As Kingusama said you should release the ball a tad earlier so it isnt that short.
All in all though you seem pretty decent.

You have a nice low slingy action. You probably can get more pace with a longer run up but without the need of sprinting, just exploding right at the end. This is not for everyone though, it might work for you it might not.
Also work on your follow through once your action is completed, keep practising on this and you will add a bit of pace too.

For pace..... your trailing leg (back leg) needs to push through by the time you are about to deliver the ball and follow through. Its what we usually call rhythm and comes with practise. Pause it at 12.05/6 and you'll see.
What it means that aside from your shoulder you are not utilising your legs and the core muscles effectively. Bring them into play and you'll notice an increase.

Why u keep BANGING the ball into turf? That energy can be channelized towards generating more speed. And do to that, you will need to slightly change your action. Upper portion of your body has to drop back a little more before you swift thru the stride and deliver the ball.
Start practicing by standing at a spot (no run up) and practice your changed bowling action. Transfer your weight on the right leg, Lift your left elbow together with your left knee and bring your right arm down to the back of your right knee, and then swift thru the stride. No need to use a lot of force. Just train your brain to learn and get well versed with your updated action.
There are a couple of more slight things that I can talk about but lets start with this first.

As a county player (Glamorgan U16s) I'd like to point out a few things which you can improve on and hopefully develop into a better bowler.
As a left hand bowler I found it very difficult in my early days to pitch the ball up, and the only way I could improve that was to practice in nets consistently and actually just imagine in your head that the ball will pitch up and imagine as if there are 2 corns just infront of the batsman (off-stump) this scienctific thing has helped me alot, I found this weird and confusing at first but my coaches were 100% correct.
Another thing I have noticed is that when you are to release the ball, you seem to drift away to the right hand side, that's good tactic to use on some occcasion (especially towards the end of the bowling innings) as you may get movement but this also affects your balance which could lead the ball going all over the place.
I've noticed that you were bowling quite alot of short balls there - I'd say bowling short balls is a natural thing for you, it's what you are as I use to be a bowler who use to bowl alot of short bowls and always use to players screaming "pitch the ball up!", and one way to pitch the ball up is to lean forward when you are about to release the ball rather than drift towards the right hand side.
That's a couple of tips I can give you that have benefited me thanks to my county coaches, otherwise I enjoyed your bowling mate, hope you continue to play cricket and always pitch the ball up, that's a key thing in today's cricket.
