Cool, thanks! :D

I don't know any language fluently, except for obvious English and Urdu. Understand quite a bit of Arabic. Trying to learn Spanish, German, Pashto and Farsi phrases. I kinda understand very basic German and Pashto. Did learn basic French but due to lack of practice I forgot most of it. :22:

I love learning languages though I'm really bad at forming sentences in foreign languages.

Could you please translate the following very useful phrases and sentences for me, which I believe everyone should know to get them out of everyday stciky situations.

* I am not a terrorist, I am currently on vacation.

* I am hungry, where can I find free food?

* I am lost, where is the bus stop? Alternatively, can I come home with you?

* In which direction is the Police Station? (So you can go the other way)

* Can you provide drugs? I can.

* Please torture me gently.

* I have lost my Passport. I have diplomatic immunity.

Takk.

Jeg er ingen terrorist, jeg er bare på ferie.
Jeg er sulten, hvor er det mulig å tak i litt gratis mat?
Jeg vet ikke hvor jeg befinner meg, hvor er nærme busstasjon? Faktisk, kan jeg bli mer deg hjem?
I hvilken retning ligger politistasjonen?
Får du skaffet dop? Det kan jeg.
Vennligst torturer meg mykt.
Jeg har mistet passet mitt. Jeg har diplomatisk immunitet.

I gave up Naarvijan.
It is very tough.:/ Especially pronunciation of the words. I'll be trying to show off my language skills and then start stammering -.- and finally epic fail. :P

For instance, I was about to write "awesome" in Norwegian on FB once and paused..I forgot the word and was about to write "Hilberg" instead of Heftig.

Thank God I decided not to.

anakwalajinn
26th April 2011, 15:49
Lol. Hilberg? Are you sure that has nothing to do with your obsession with Germans? o_O

Anyway, this thread is not the best way to learn naarvijiann. If you really wan't to learn the language, then you most come and live here. That is the best way :inzi
