Kioren Pollard and Chris Gayle Against Spin

do you think we shud start with gul and a spinner (hopefully ajmal) against gayle?

i think this would be perfect as the off spinner can get gayle early! i would also spin on straight away for pollard from one end and shoaib akhter (if playing) from the other. he struggles against both extreme pace (steyn) and spin!!

Just because Gayle was out once to spin does not mean he is a walking wicket. With two fielders outside you need to have a mentally strong bowler to open bowling.

in the big bash in aus gayle was completely befuddled by nathan hauritz, he scored 60 runs from 22 balls from pacers and like 7 for 16 against Hauritz who has been mentally gone recently. ( as well as his form)

if going by form.... Hafeez has been the better spinner in the last game against Australia .. and the previous one against Zimnbabwe getting KEY wickets at crucial stages..

also he bowled his 10 overs.. against the OZ's....

Hope to see the teesra by Ajmal today..

and even going by form the WI batting has been sort of lagging the edge .. and knowing they are playing against a bowling line-up that thrashed the tripple champions Australia .. West Indies batsemn will be very nervous..

Gul should open with Razzaq.. he was almost unplayable against Australia .. and he usually does excellent job while opening..

Ajmal can be 1st change followed by the usuall .. Wahab . Afridi .. Hafeez..

The Golden arm should retain himself for the top five.. more .. than the tail.. or the allrounders..
