Young batting talent. And then groom them properly with foreign coaches.

Basically, batting and domestic cricket have been our biggest weaknesses, so I'll try to sort those out first.

Points 1 and 2 look good, but point 3 won,t stand . In Pakistan many of the great street players are the ones who don,t study and spend their time playing cricket and those that are studying may not get the time needed to really develop their skills whilst they are still young

It's not true...Most of the greats were educated...there are few example which weren't, and we know they brought lot of shame to Pakistan cricket, tho they were very talented. :asif :amir :akhtar :wasim

1.) firstly get rid of anyone in PCB who looks like they are 'rishwaat eaters' or 'land cruisers 4 special deals' type of choor.

2.) Invest money with improved PCB academies in 4-7 major cities to unearth new players, including one in Azad Kashmir.

Get rid of corruption,favouritism & never give up troublemakers. Motivate the team,advice them,encourage them & make every1 feel equally important. Every1 given same amount of chances to prove themselves. Invest in more modern technology & training equipment. Go Huge with strategy & plans for each team,strengths, weaknesses of opposition as well as pak players like who's better on asian pitches/performs better away or against a particular opposition-i feel that's really lacking.
Get a pschycologist as pak players are very 'garam magag' if given a bad decision body language takes a u-turn.
I might also step down & demand for Imran Khan to take my place

For the chairman role I would say Ehsan Mani fits the bill.
Leave Mohsin as cheif selector, definitely get rid of Illyas. Maybe bring Abdul Qadir or someone, not too sure about that.
Get a foriegn coach who knows the game properly, is a great tacticain and is not a bowler. Steve Waugh would be perfect or Tom Moody.
We can find any bowling coach, or even leave Aaqib for that role.
These are all ftom the top of my head, all I could think of atm.

If I was chairman the 2 things I would do straight away is ;

1) Have about 5 odi's between the current odi team and the Pakistan 'A' team around the country so the public who are not getting any international cricket can see their heroes in action. this would also give the selectors and the players in both teams a chance to see who deserves their place.

2) I would let the team vote for the captain by private vote, so they can back him properly.

- put finances in domestic circuit to attract young kids towards the game , also to get best talent for national side .
