Hi Guys
Would like to be able to understand some of the terms some of my Pakistani friends use on this forum.
This will allow me to read understand some of the terms or might even use myself in forum posts.
E.g.Walakiumasalam and so on :)

"Wa-Alaikum-Salaam" (And upon you be peace) is the reply to the greeting "As-Salamu Alaykum" (Peace be upon you).
It's often shortened to "Salaams".
It's the Islamic greeting in Arabic.

I know next word you will ask is, "JazakAllah Khair" that means "May Allah Reward You". This term is used when you want to thank someone.
So just like you say Thank You' you can say 'JazakAllah Khair'
"Bhai" means brother in Urdu.
"Yaar" means buddy/mate in Urdu.
