What do you guys do when you are not in form and struggling...
Is there any easy way to overcome this bad form?

Keep working hard and believing in yourself.
Be confident but not over confident.

just stay in the middle and tuk tuk so much that runs will come automatically :misbah
don't think that you are in a bad form. dismissals and runs are part of cricket :)

I don't believe in form.
I go out every innings believing I'm going to score, simple as that. Obviously I don't score a ton every innings but the mentality has paid off thus far.

Kind of agree. Every match is a new match. When one is scoring low, they think I am in a bad form and is in a negative frame of mind. It's all mental, though.

Absolutely, but getting over this mental barrier can be tough sometimes (I am going thru it these days) ...but sometimes its just one shot or one innings which can snap you out of this :)

Exactly you have to believe in yourself and your abilities.

Pretend it's your debut/first game of the season? Or a comeback?
I perform pretty decent in my comebacks for some reason :D
Already taken 6 retirements or something in the Norwegian league :))) (TRUE!)

Belief in yourself.
I know it might sound silly but watch the ball closely. When you are not scoring many runs, you find that you watch the bowler rather than the ball. Watch the ball closely.
Stay in for a period of time and then once you're seeing it more clearly, you can play more expansively if the situation dictates that.

i have an easy solution for it :D
of course you have to do all the hard work, lots of practice and mentally prepare yourself etc etc etc
but when you are down in the dumps with the form, simply call a couple of your buddies who massively suck at cricket but are good enough to bowl at you... beat the day lights out of them and you will find confidence and form soon :D
trust me it works.... and if you are my practice friends reading this...well :runaway:
