Whilst he doesn't possess a doosra, his variations and guile will thoroughly test the Pakistani batting line up.

A lot of Pakistan's plans will be built around seeing Swann out, but the Pakistani batsmen need to ensure that they don't be ultra cautious against him.

I reckon Pakistan won't struggle against Swann, but they'll be way too ultra cautious. Expect his Test series economy to be around 2 rpo.. or even lesser..

Yep, Pak batsmen should attack Swann just like India and Australia did. Personally I don't think they should give him too much respect just as the Indian batsmen didn't unless of course it's day 5 on a sharp turner. Pakistan batsmen like Indian play orthodox off spinners like him all day long, shouldn't be an issue. I think YK, Misbah and Umar Akmal(if he plays) will put him to the sword.
