Pakistan have pulled off one of the biggest victories in our history against the number one ranked team in test cricket and all I'm seeing are negative threads about whether Ajmal should be dropped or banned, whether Younis Khan and Misbah should be playing, or whether Umar Akmal is smiling or not.
The fans did't deserve the underperforming team we had, but at the moment some of you don't deserve the overperforming and professional outfit that is the Pakistan team led my Misbah and Mohsin.
The truth is, times are good, and have been for the last year - at least spend a few days enjoying the win.
Rant over.
[I'm off to watch the highlights again...Gul bowled very well didn't he?]

Sometimes I think people would prefer Pakistan to lose as it gives them something to complain about.

Some people just dont know how to enjoy good results.
Or may be pakistanis are too used to complaining all the time

its beyond retarded, cannot believe people are making threads asking for Ajmal to be banned or sidelined for the ODIs and cursing Misbah.
shameful.

Agree it's pathetic and retarded.
These are not true Pakistani cricket supporters IMO.

I was thinking the exact same thing.
We as a nation like to whine...alot.

Some people are just dumb...it really is as simple as that. Pakistan played amazingly well and the test team should not be tinkered with anytime soon!

These fans are in absolute shock, Pakistan is consistently improving but some of them are beyond hopes. I also see "Breaking news" style of thread to pull attention as another reason

I suggested in that ajmal thread to delete the thread , it is such a shame to see a thread like this by a pakistani fan on a pakpassioner's forum. If you haven't deleted yet please do it.

Hey...we are not used to whitewashing.. :) :P

Well, totally agree. Well ajmal just messed up the interview with bbc & people without actually looking into the facts what happened down there, started to call for his head. Well there should have been loud & clear word from ICC & PCB togather on it. That what he actually meant.

Quite baffling.
The enormity of this greenwash needs to be understood and appreciated.

Not a word from Zaid65 though.
A universal mystery.

zaid65 has been alot more quiet and reserved of late. Usually he would bring up afridi in every or any thread. :))
A lot less indians as well. :nehra

Some 'pakistan fans' here are just unbelievable in the way they complain about virtually everything and anything
I can't belive a pakistan fan opened a thread about ajmal being banned just after the man won us arguably our greatest ever test series win

Time to celebrate for sure!! Let's put a lid on the negativity (yes sure Malik/Farhat should not be in the team but as long as we're winning, I can let it go...for now)

no one is asking Ajmal to get banned or anything.
It is Bhagwaan fans who needs something to troll about.

Good thread !! But its the hype that is being created around the so-called "controversy", which is taking the shine away from our great victory. Just open cricinfo, in the top three headlines, you will see Ajmal's news since yesterday without clarification (in headline). I open PP, and I see a 100 threads on Ajmal's action. Just kills the excitement.

These fans are like those type of wives who are never pleased no matter what their husband do/buy/give them to please....... they are always demanding more.

They always try to do that though. Hasn't killed the excitement for me though, and nor should it for anyone else. What a win!
3-0. If you look at the stats around the series, they are unbelievable. I think all these complainers don't understand the magnitude of what Pakistan just did.
Imagine, just over 12 months ago when that news broke about the sport fixing. To be where Pak cricket is now is one of the great sporting stories. If they'd made a film about it we would have said it was ludicrous.

If there is nothing to complain about, people will find something to complain about.

This is a sad thing if people are 'complaining' about something in a series your team whitewashes the opposition.
On top of all, I do not like people saying after a success such as this that "winning overseas is important since these are familiar conditions" etc. I mean, realizing such issues and working upon them is important but saying it so openly can be demoralizing. In a sense you only give a chance to your opponents to say such things - and Bob Willis did so immediately once Misbah-ul-Haq confessed the desire to do well away from home in the presentation ceremony.
I mean, look at England: When they reached the top just some months back, people such as Ian Botham said that they will remain the number one side for a long time. Did they ever think about the tours ahead of Asia?
So enjoy and live the moment, but by realizing and by keeping your fears to yourself:19:.

It is quite sad.
Some posters here only post when some players do bad or when the team does bad, they never seem happy for the team do well and win, just bein positive. Always criticising for the sake of it sadly.

They are just sad because Sachin is still stuck at 99th 100. It's not always about Sachin, seriously, HAIL the GREEN WASH.

Kudos to Misbah for realising there is more to achieve in Cricket field it does not stop at beating England.
Look at England they got too big in their head Pakistan just blew them away thanks to Allah the have smashed the arrogance of England and their ex-players now know how much further they have to develop!
All the English commentator got egg on their faces.
InshaAllah Pakistan will become a better team.

I said "Kudos to Misbah" as well in another thread considering it professionally, but personally just donīt like it being said (from fans) in moments when you have had such a tremendous success.
