On one hand they claim that they consider Kashmir as part of their land on other hand they give away part of it to China just to be in their good books or for a few dollars or technology. What kind of country does that?

lols, so china have a stake in the dispute, its not so much that the powers that be were desperate to control kashmir, it was more a case of anyone but india.
jokes aside, seriously though, china were claiming pakistan territory they didnt control, whilst pakistan was claiming aksai territory they had never occupied or administered, so they decided that china would not claim the pakistani bits, and pakistan wouldnt claim the chinese bits.

First atleast make proper Indian maps where Azad Kashmir isnt part of India.

It is easy to part with something that's not yours to begin with.

its a lot more tricky then that due to the bad blood between pakistan and india. if pakistan and india had not fought wars, and had acceptably cordial relations like pakistan and china had, im sure this would have been the outcome.
in an even more ideal world an independent kashmir with security and transit guarantees with Pakistan, India and China would have developed into perhaps the most prosperous commercial economic hub of the region acting as a special economic zone between all three countries. It would have also made a spectacular tourist spot.
alas, what could have been.

its fifty fifty, altho majority of proper cartographic pakistani maps these days clearly define indian and pakistan occupied kashmir.
