Ok, so if they really got support, and their players did kinda well, how many fans wouldve cricket really have gained? How many intl teams will want to visit them? Could they have ever made any proper premiere league with their own money? well no.

However, to agree with you, ICC is doing their LEAST to make cricket global. they should stop sending any money to countries like Australia and England, and India because their boards already sit on a pile of money. Think about what wud have happen if Indonesia was brought to cricket? A populatio of 200 Million becoming cricket fans! A large and a decent country for cricket considering the weather.
