Mohammad Yousuf made a century in a losing cause as Pakistan lost the 3rd test match in the Caribbean.
A match marred by some controversial umpiring decisions as the West Indies won by 1 wicket.

Saqlain couldn't gather the ball for an easy run out otherwise we would have won despite the "controversial" umpiring decisions.

Whenever they show Adams on TV, my Dad always tells me about this test.

Why wasn't Lara playing? And wow Imran Nazir must've been so young back then.

wasims last amazing test performance, i remember it quite clearly, i also remember my mom getting annoyed by the fact that the coverage (late evening in pakistan) clashed with her drama viewing time, lols.

There was a power cut on the last day i think .Me and cousin tried to listen to the commentary on radio but when batteries ran out we decided to walk to the nearest dhabha/jhopra hotel and watch the game there.I was soooooooo pissed at adams and tat umpire. It was so obvious that he nicked the ball more than once.
edit : the look on Wasim's face wherever an appeal was turned down was menacing.

O Saj bhai, I thought I was the only one that remembers this match and can never forget! Good to see others sharing the same pain as me - ridiculous umpiring. Wasim was absolutely phenomenal - made the ball talk; such control and accuracy of swing. At the end, it was so much pressure that Saqlain ended up missing two easy run outs.

I saw Jimmy last year at the Titans of Cricket event and mentioned it to him then......don't think he was impressed :)

I remember this match. The umpiring was too awful. I think Walsh was out twice but the umpire saved him. Wasim bowled a spell of 11 overs on the trot in the final stages of the game.
