I want to bowl 130 KPH and more how can i gain this much speed .right now iam slow meduim and i want to improve my speed

Please give me tips how to accomplish this

bhai 130 kph is medium!

indian tu nahi ho :P

its all t o do with the action.

try to use your whole body strength in the delivery.

an action like tait's for eg.

It will not matter how fast you want to bowl unless your genetics and musculature determines that you will be a fast bowler.

You need fast twitch musculature, a strong back and chest, and an ability to run quickly. They are the foundations of a quick bowler.

if you are under 25 then just try to bowl with action of imran or waqar or donald"
Further bowl alot even if you are tired, consistently bowl till you fail
after that when you recover then bowl again with as much force as you can.

Regarding ian pont, dont read it, it will confuse you,

You will get results soon if u are under 21 but 25 is also ok

Collingwood n johnty rhodes had lots of fat twitch fibres, but they werent fast, just bowl fast with ur heart

how old are you, in non professional cricket that is serious heat (pace), bowling fast is pointless if you cant move the ball in my opinion...
So alot of speed and endurance drills a lot of interval sprinting, regular beep tests,
And alot of muscle training especially focusing on the back,shoulders,chest, core and legs (just about everything).
As a fast bowler you want to be lean not bulky so with muscle training you need to be doing a lot of reps (20) on medium weight.

not a dfast bowler myself, but what i have seen is that they practice alot with tape ball in the nets
