Sounds good to me/Its ok to me.Do they have same meaning?? Which one would often considered a weaker response.

Not meaning same.

Sounds good to me is you are agreeing to something or giving your nod to move ahead.

It's ok with me is sort of a compromise you're making but still are alright with what happens.
