Got v2.4 here. Works like a charm. Try opening your ports. Bittorrent uses port 6881-6889

there something wrong with my udp service..i am using port 15476...doesnt have to use the bittorrent range..in fact get faster speeds using a unregistered port no.

I seem to have conflict somewhere...

as my tcp service is fine but slows down when azureus is running.

just started 1-2 hrs ago.

not sure if its my isp end.

Well news has it that ISPs have started throttling bandwidth for bittorrent. I'm not sure whether that's the case for you. I'm getting great speeds on my end. Try using some other bittorrent client like µTorrent to rule out the possibility of a troubled client.
