PLEEEEEAAAAAZZE can people stop with this Gul and Asif nonsense. No doubt Asif is an excellent find, but he is not the destructive bowler everyone is making him out to be. Nor is it fair for people to put that weight of expectation on him. We have found an excellent control bowler who will probably do wonders for Pakistan, but not in the same vein as the Immy's, Wasim's, Waqar's or Shoaib's!

I am now convinced that we Pak fans will just hype up players - and then wait and wait and wait until they flop.

Umar Gul - good prospect. Nothing else. Has played a couple of games in 2 years, yet we are already placing him amongst legends like Wasim, Waqar and Imran.

Mohammed Asif and Umer Gul have the ability to play a long time for Pak,

They are the McGrah type of bowlers with a pakistani edge to them....

They could do well, but they are not the traditional devastating and quick pakistani destroyers.



I think both Asif and Umer can and will make us strong in Danish we have a good spinner, what we need is either a fit Akter or ANOTHER DEVASTATING AND QUICK PAKISTANI PACE BOWLER.
