We're playing the ODI's first, so who do you think will be Pakistan's best ODI bowler?
Will Rana reclaim his crown or will Asif dethrone him?
What about Gul? Does he have an outside chance of finally making a triumphant return?
Can we rule out the revitalised Razzaq?
Who's your pick and why?

No matter Who gets the crown..................it will be batting that will have a say in the tornament.
And for the Poll .........It will be Rana
i think Asif will come on top, but rana will be a close 2nd

Well I would go for Rana and also would back gul if he plays. Asif will be very economical InshAllah. BTW do you guys think Danish will get a chance !!!! I just think we might see him bowl!in SL
Rana will probably be the best pacer for us

I think gul or asif could create problems, but pakistan is totally stupid for not playing kaneria in the odi side. This current attack has solid bowlers but no match winner who like shoaib who can win matches with couple of good balls.

Definetly Mohammad Asif for me. He's been a revealtion for Pakistan in the tests and ODI's he's played so far in his career.
Has swing, seam, great line's and lengths, and decent pace.

Hopefully Gul will complete a triumphant return.
Gul and Asif with the new ball. Rana coming on first change should be good pace attack.

I dont give a damn about harbhajan. He may as well commit suicide for all I care.
I was just amused that you guys were thinking Rana is a matchwinning bowler.Everytime he came into the bowl the ball disappeared and pakistan lost.
In Rawalpindi he was trembling with all the bashin he got that when he was fielding he just could'nt hold onto the ball.He may have serious physcological problems.Does Imran's hospital treat that?
Dont mention sehwag and dhonis name to him for a while. He will never recover.

Thats why Rana won the MOTS last year in India which we won 4-2. Face it every player goes through bad patches atleast sometime in their career. One bad series for him does not make him crap. By your logic i could also say Tendulkar is ****.

Gul ( if he plays all 3 matches) otherwise Asif
Afridi will be 2nd highest wicket taker

tendulkar performed amazingly in the first 3 ODI's and was half the reason why India won the second and third ODI's ... the first ODI - he was given out to a wrong decision. nobody knows what could have happened had he stayed on ... i am not trying to excuse out ... its all part of the game ... u guyz are so jealous of tendulkar's capability that u tend to point him out everytime something comes up ...
as for the topic of the thread - asif is going to come good ... or may be gul ... naved needs good pitches to make a comeback ... with hard hitters like jayasuriya and sangakkara after his bowling, i dont see him performing well ... only a decent line-and-length bowler like asif could give a run for their money

invincible, yes he performed during the first 3 ODI's but overall during the last couple of months he has been crap and you know it. Why would i be jealous of Tendulkar? He's my fav indian cricketer.

Why would anyone be jealous of Tendulkar when based on runs, Ian Bell has been more use in test cricket lately?

I think pick of pakistans bowlers will be afridi. Conditions will be spin friendly and i recon he will pick up wickets in middle overs of each game.

Post? Of the Week? I think we got a winner!
I hate how Indians act like Rana is finished. Lets get one thing straight. He had a bad series, but no one had a worst series than Harbhajan. I mean atleast Rana took 4 wickets in the first game. Harbhajan hasn't even taken that many in 3 months!
He is still a good bowler, one bad series does not make you a bad bowler. He is still the same Rana that took 15 wickets in Australia, 15 wickets in India and 10 wickets in West Indies. He was not the second leading wicket taker of 2005 for nothing and Iam sure he will bounce back and hopefully prove most of you wrong.
