AltoMP3 works good to covert CD songs to mp3.
Can anyone get the Key? Version is 5.0

You can also try dBpowerAMP which is free that converts wma and other music type files to mp3......

Any audio/ Mp3 recording and converting software will be of use. Suggests to try FlexiMusic Wave Editor. Play and record the ram files in the software then using "Save As" command convert and save the recorded ram files as Mp3 files.
