someone should mail BOB and ask for him to contact the selectors and call for Sami as the replacement for Naved Ul Hassan(if he is going back home)!..i m not joking but dead serious..Sami should be fit by now..or even Shoaib can be called back (as Inzi said he will be fit in 1 week or 2)
really Rana's absence will be a big blow for Pakistan..and if they Play Azhar in the finals then i think we r in for some serious trouble..really we should atleast try n ask Bob !

I dont know whether he is going to Pakistan, if he is not then ok but if he is then I should call up Shahid Nazir. He line and length bowler and has enough pace to trouble the batsmen.

FROM BBC^^^^^^^^^^^^"The Pakistan Cricket Board afterwards issued a statement of praise and commiseration for Naved, who chose to stay with the side following the death of his father."

I hope that this provides inspiration to the team. I find it odd though that a ticket out of the country was immediately ready for Younis but not for Rana. I hope that management is not pressuring him to stay on (for obvious reasons).
