News from the dressing room, captain Inzamam is having stomach cramps and is vomiting. Might be due to some food poisioning or big weather change from Mohali

With or without, boys need to learn how to play for themselves, not relying on inzi all the time. But i hope he is fine.

in reference to that time on/off the field..
we still have 4 more wickets to go...i think Inshallah by the time the indians are all out, inzi will have completed the required time..and if not, then he'll only come ONE or TWo spots lower down, which doesn't really matter...if he came at 8/9/10/11, then yes

Amjid, the time the player spends off the field does not carry over into a new days play. So if Inzi is on the field tomorrow morning from the start, there is no restriction on him.
Also, I am not sure if this restriction applies to the batsman coming out to bat after he has been absent when his side was fielding..... The law only refers to the limitation on the ability to bowl.
Here is the law for your reference:
--------------
Law 2 (Substitutes and runners; batsman or fielder leaving the field; batsman retiring; batsman commencing innings)
5. Fielder absent or leaving the field
If a fielder fails to take the field with his side at the start of the match or at any later time, or leaves the field during a session of play,
(a) the umpire shall be informed of the reason for his absence.
(b) he shall not thereafter come on to the field during a session of play without the consent of the umpire. See 6 below. The umpire shall give such consent as soon as is practicable.
(c) if he is absent for 15 minutes or longer, he shall not be permitted to bowl thereafter, subject to (i), (ii) or (iii) below, until he has been on the field for at least that length of playing time for which he was absent.
(i) Absence or penalty for time absent shall not be carried over into a new day's play.
(ii) If, in the case of a follow-on or forfeiture, a side fields for two consecutive innings, this restriction shall, subject to (i) above, continue as necessary into the second innings but shall not otherwise be carried over into a new innings.
(iii) The time lost for an unscheduled break in play shall be counted as time on the field for any fielder who comes on to the field at the resumption of play.

KOLKATA, March 16: Dehydration forced the Pakistani skipper Inzamam-ul Haq to stay out of the field in the third session of play on the opening day of the second Test against India.
Inzamam-ul, who felt uneasy during the tea-break, had splitting headache and was resting in the dressing room, Pakistan local manager Sultan Ahmed said.
"There is no cause for worry and he will be back in the field tomorrow," Ahmed said.
With Inzamam out of the ground, his deputy Yunis Khan led the team in the last session.

if Inzi does not manage to bat tommorrow then cant see Pakistan over hauling India's total(which must be some whr near 400)
as razzak Akmal heroics arent repeated every day
