Has anyone else noticed that recently Razzaq seems to celebrate his wkts a lot more. Nowadays he shakes both of his arms in the air and starts screaming at the site of the umpire's finger going up. Maybe its my bad memory, but i reckon he never often celebrated like this before. Perhaps this is a sign of him valuing his wkts more and him returning to his old self.

Nah i have seen him do it against india in March. I remember him getting Ganguly out in the 3rd ODI and waving his hands in the air and celebrating.
Nothing new,he has always done it.

oh, i thought i was onto something there. But he does seem to have more purpose in his bowling, he isn't as laid back as usual.

I must say that he does seem a lot happier now - seems more relaxed.

Maybe with Shoaib out of the squad Razzaq has taken the mantle as the senior bowler!

Yes there is more purpose there, and I think the 'harsh words spoken after the second WI game' mentioned by Bob Woolmer seem to have played a role.

You are onto something there mate. When Razzaq was bowling (at his peak) alongside Wasim and Waqar he never used to celebrate the way he does now. Under Inzi, he seems alot more excited when he gets a wicket.

I personally think he could get a 'yard' of extra pace if he puts more effort into his bowling. But im sure theres a reason why he doesnt, maybe injury linked or lack of fitness.

With Shoaib out of the squad everyone seems alot happier and more commited to the pakistan cause.
