Lyon v PSV Eindhoven

The first legs will take place on 5/6 April with the returns a week later.

Yeah Chelsea are better than Juve IMO. I think only AC can match them on current form.

I wouldn't be surprised if Lyon shocked one of the big teams and go to the final. They're a top side and the surprise team of the year like Porto last year.

I hope the atmosphere in the Liverpool/Juve games is good. A chance to put the Heysel tragedy to rest for the teams/fans.

Remember watching that live (the old European Cup final). Sickening scenes unfolded as we watched fans beating each other with iron bars-then a wall collapsed and so many killed.

The Italian police may still be looking for revenge-their reputation proceeds thems.

Think about this.

Everton finish in 4th Champions League spot, BUT Liverpool win the Chamions League (unlikely, but we are just being hopeful/hypothetical).

Liverpool would go to next years Champions League, with Chelsae/ManUre/Arsenal.

Max 4 sides per league...Toffee Blues miss out!!!

If I remember correctly, they won the old 1st Div Title in 1985, but after the Heysel tragedy and English teams 6 year ban, Everton werent allowed into the European Cup.

20 years-Liverpool could be responsible for Everton missing out...AGAIN.

I would just love it...love it (Keegan speak) if that happened.
