You should be able to...!! If not, then Nauman shoudl change that becuase what if I selected a player today and he gets injured just before the game. Remember McGrath last year! So, the cut-off should be 10 5 minutes before the start of the game!

They werent available for selection when I last checked. With the prices for stars as high as it is, we will have to get down to newer guys to get a full 11.

I used to play fantasy cricket at this website(I don't want to mention the name) where they had players for innings 1 and 2 e.g Kaneria "2" was far more expensive than Kaneria "1", i thought that made things very interesting.

Another suggestion....and I think, a couple of other people also brought this up too.

How about increasing the number of changes from only 1 change to 3-5 changes after each match. Reason....lets say Hoggard, Shoaib, Rana, Flintoff, Sami and Asif don't play at Lord's...and Pakistan's attack is Umar Gul, Shhaid NAzir and Niazi. Well, If Rana, Asif and Shoaib (plus Fintoff and Hoggard) come back for 2nd test, then it will require for atleast 3-5 changes!! What do you think??

Here is another problem if you allow us ONLY ONE change.....

Lets say I select Monty (Rs90,000) in my team for Lord's test. Now, if I want to drop him for the 2nd test....then there is no other bowler for RS 90,000....unless I select another bowler for a prise lower than Rs 90,000.

Also, if I select Inzi (Rs. 170,000) for Lords test, and then I want to drop him and bring in Flintoff (Rs. 170,000 also). I can't do that becuase Inzi is a batsman and Flinoff is an all rounder.

If you allow atleast 2 (or 3) changes, then we can make some adjustments based on the combined prices (and player types) of those 2-3 changes! Just a thought!

Yes, you are UNDER Rs1,200,00 but there are two problems with your team;

1) You have selected 10 players instead of 11 allowed. You can select 4 batsmen instead of 5. Thats why you have ENOUGH money. Try selecting 11 players then I'll ask you about ENOUGH money!

2) You said you have TWO all rounders...this is not possible because you can select only ONE all rounder.

nauman raising of prices of players is fine, but atleast give us hands down substitutes for players. like if we need to replace a $90 k bowler , give us a few options around the $80k to $110k of bowlers pool to choose from . this would certainly make the transfers more fun. none the less ,brilliant effort

nauman i submitted my test team 3 days back and back then i spent 1195000 on my players. since then u have made a few alterations on the price and now my team total (which has been sucessfully submitted previously) comes up to 1205000. the question is , am i good to go since i locked my team at the earlier cheaper price?

Though I would like to appologise for inconvineinces thing is I tested the script extensively over a period of two months but as they say small bugs will be there, just look at microsoft :P anyways come ODI series I think alot of your complaints would be answered by then.

Amit.....you may have to revise your points per player. Here are the Official rules;

For both the teams you are also supposed to choose a captain. It should be noted that captain will earn double the points and also double the penalties so a tip would be to choose a captain who bowls and bats so as to get maximum points with him.

How is scoring carried out?
Score is updated every Friday the break up of scores and penalties is as follows:-

Tell me if I am wrong...but shouldnt a century bonus count as 15(for the 50) and +15 for the century...so it should be 30 pts.

So Cookie shd actually have 135 + 14 = 149
And Bellie shd have 140 + 28 = 168
And KP 41 + 41 = 82
Shouldnt Kamran be getting bonus for stumping (from FAQ....pls update it if it is incomplete)
And wickets carry 20 pts right???
And So on.....

There are some issues with the scoring. The above mentioned scores are tentative and by no means actual.

i did it that way first time but w6el35 or whatever his ID is just used the 15 point bonus so I worked with that since then.

As BD rightly says it may not be exact but should give a fair idea!
I will do this for the other tests as long as I am at home :)

We have solved the orignal problem which was keeping the scores from being updated but in the process the substitution system got a bit screwed up, we are working on it 24/7 and I will let you people know as soon as transfers are open again.

Uh...one question again....
I added Younis Khan in place of Shoiab Malik.....however, now the team shows Younis Khan in the Players transferred off field instead of Shoiab Malik. Malik is still in the main 11.
Is this right...I dont care where they are shown as long as I get Younis's points.

BTW, I love the results.....looks like I am doing much better than after the first test, I mean, 14th doesnt look bad at all after 44th.

Aint my fault you had Sami in the team. Anyways the terminology is a bit wrong the player transfered off is one who will make way to your team for next match.
