When the Pakistan team came out on the field, the England batsman would have done well to come out at the same time, proving to the world that both teams wanted to play and that the umps were the ones who did not want to continue. By not coming out at that time, England profited from the situation and won a game which they would have definitely lost.
If Eng really had morals, they would have told the ICC that we decline the win, this is not the way we want to win, we didn't deserve to win this game.
