Good news for the many people here that can't see the live coverage. Hopefully another step towards live cricket being brought back to terrestial tv, I am satisfied with Sky's coverage but the terrestial channels always have the best commentators and analysis.

Great news for us non Sky Sports subscribers.
But I am not sure BBC TV will hire Sir Geoffrey - even though BBC TMS/5 Live do.

At least the highlights are on a channel that everyone can access unlike Channel 5!

Wheres Channel 5? :O
I got it everywhere I went when I was in UK - in the hotel room, etc.
And I remember going into the hotel restaurant, ordering a Pepsi, sitting down, just to watch the match there on Sky Sports 1 :)))
I kept ordering cokes, and by the time I was done, I probably could've bought a Sky subscription.
Think I spent 38 pounds on the coke :))) :)))
And there was no sound for the match..

Muyazzim have you're tickets for the 2009 Ashes series arrived through the post yet?

Seriously I went to all the tests and ODIs last year and I am a England fan club memeber so I am in line for 2009 tickets as soon as they come on sale. I LOVE the ASHES! :125:
