Sheikh Taj el-Din al-Hilali said women who did not wear a hijab (head dress) were like "uncovered meat".

Thats an insult to all the muslim woman who are pious and don't wear the Hijab.

I dont agree with how he said it and how he generalised it...but fundamentally..he is correct in the context of human nature...

Men when drunk are more primal and leer at women which increases the chances of physical confrontation.
