OT: How do I make a 'moving signature'?

Basically I want to insert a short cricket clip in my signature (like many have done) but dont know what to do.

go to a site.basically free upload images site.and upload the image from your hard drive to that site.once u upload they'll give u the link.put the link in your signature as IMG and that's it :D

my clip is one of DMs (Shaoib getting Gilchrist in 2001) file. i thought it had to be a gif file? how do i do that?

Get virtualdub from here:

You can use that to turn the video into seperate images and then if you have Adobe Image Ready then you can make the various images into an animated gif.
