seeing as there is a post about the worst ones, thought i would start one with the best. any suggestions? i would say leeds buying rio for £18m then selling him for £30m and getting good use from him. don't really have big name players now but doin ok.

best - schmeichel was signed before Premiership so I would have to say Ole Gunnar Solksjaer.

Finally broke Man Utd's barren run. Gave the other players belief. Got Fergie a knighthood. Gawd I hate this guy!

pennant to birmingham maybe - still has talent. had admiration for the guy whilst on loan at leeds - played well for us. the drinking has messed him up a but but he still has talent

Abramovich tried to sign Zola after he took over Chelski! he made a decent offer BUT Zola said he has made a commitment to his club and he cannot break it, also he always wanted to finish his career off at home!
He is old BUT is still playing well!

He was a credit to the premiership
