Signal being jammed by Indian security

There is scrolling horizontal interference on the picture which according to the commentators is being caused by security equipment.

If India is such a safe place then why so much security that it's interfering with the picture?

I don't think that the iterference is from the equipment of the Indian police. The interference is most likely caused by the CIA equipment brought to the ground to protect Musharraf

we had the Gandhi family in Pakistan last year but there was nothing like this then

Anyhow, they are taking precautions.. always a good thing.
