This team is soo similar to pakistan.
first 3 jokes go in the first 10 minutes,-- taufeeq umar, farhat and hameed, then inzamam and yoyo recover just like lara and chanderpaul.

Fidel Edwards is playing - potential 100mph man to face Pakistan
I can't bear us facing faster bowlers than our own - we must find our lightning bowlers

no it's down. Apparently the Indian staff quit after the Pakistan tour disaster. I checked the scores on cricbuzz.com

Cricket365 reporting that: '... it is a dead flat wicket ..'.
Pakistani bowlers will need a lot of discipline to attack Lara.
we need to break his defence with a 156kph ripper

its easy to get sachin out but with Lara its a different game. may be he will core a 500 VS PAK. Pak will win the test series cause 1 man cant always save his teem.

Lara 150.
Over 81.. WI 260/5
New ball just taken ...
SA pacers better get Lara's wicket with the new ball; otherwise, it is gonna continue to be carnage.

Does this answer...
81.5 Ntini to Lara, FOUR!!, short and pulls it beautifully to mid wicket region, Lara is one FIRE!!
81.4 Ntini to Lara, no run, looks to pull and misses, ball rolls back to the bowler
81.3 Ntini to Lara, FOUR!!, good length ball, on the off, goes back and smashes it to sweeper cover region, long chase there for the backward point fielder, but the ball crosses the rope
81.2 Ntini to Lara, no run, plays it back to the bowler
81.1 Ntini to Lara, FOUR!!, overpitched delivery on the off, smacks it to sweeper cover boundary, no one moved as the ball raced away like a bullet!!
look who's trying to be Afridi :G
but seriously - unbelievable batting by Lara
Watch out for Fidel Edwards!!

Lara GONE for 176. Bowled by Nel.
WI 286/6 86.1 overs.
SA may be able to wrap it up soon now. 300-325 only by WI should be a very reasonable target for SA to chase in the first innings.
Another gem by Lara (or someone else .. ?? not likely by someone else) NEEDED or SA go up 2-0 in the test series.

S.A 394 for 3 with a lead of 100 and yet these guys are betting under 3 runs an over. It's this type of mentality that drives people away from Test Cricket

Officer Barbrady
23rd April 2005, 20:01
How many catches have they dropped this inning?
I think Bravo should be a permanent member of the squad. They need more players like him who at least show commitment in the field.
