I am training Lisbie and Myall. Both are 18. They got their first batting and bowling pops today.

Lisbie went from competent bowling to repectable bowling.
Myall went from competent batting to respectable batting. : :D :D :D :D

5-6 more weeks, and they'll be proficient. 10 weeks, they'll be strong. :O :O

What you got is good so far, but maybe try giving the fitness net to alex instead of islam - just so he gets up to that level aswell and then you can think about splitting it well.

I'm no real expert at nets so that's the best I can do at the moment.

Maybe I will sell Rory Davies, if I can get a really good buy. I want a 95% full Pakistani team, so maybe Davies will be the one I sell for money to buy a good, new player. Delap will be staying with my team forever.

I need some help with my nets. I will post all my players less than less than 20 and you guys can tell me who I should train and what nets I should use. I got too many trainees and am looking to fire couple of players. Some I think are not worth training anymore. I got 3 20 year olds in there who I have stopped training but the wage calculator says that Shoaib Ashraf's batting is about to pop and he is a key batsman for me so I kept him on. I was thinking of improving the batting for my keeper but it seemed a very uphill task. I think I only need one of those 17 year old bowlers. Take a look and give me some ideas.

i think he will struggle to get called up worthless concentration counts against him and he needed to be atleast respectable batting to have any chance of getting in to the under 19s

I need some help with my nets. I will post all my players less than less than 20 and you guys can tell me who I should train and what nets I should use. I got too many trainees and am looking to fire couple of players. Some I think are not worth training anymore. I got 3 20 year olds in there who I have stopped training but the wage calculator says that Shoaib Ashraf's batting is about to pop and he is a key batsman for me so I kept him on. I was thinking of improving the batting for my keeper but it seemed a very uphill task. I think I only need one of those 17 year old bowlers. Take a look and give me some ideas.

One disadvantage is that he loses his player. So that means that if it is a one man team, he might lose more matches. An advantage is that the coach of U19 Pakistan pays the wages. And next season, his wages will be very high! Probably 2-3k.

I got one of my players primaries to pop from competent to respectable. Now my middle order consists of respectable, respectable, proficient. Ahh.

I am worried about this guy though. Hasn't popped in bowling or batting after 2 nets each after 7-8 weeks (some of them as a 17 year old). Only his concentration popped to proficient, but nothing else. His wages haven't even gone up, so all the calculators tell me its gonna take him forever!
