Do you suffer from this condition ?

Its really embarassing - cant touch metal or shake hands without imparting a few thousand volts of Migian electric current on the unfortunate victim....

I hate dry weather ...

I tend to get this static feeling whilst using those stair elevators you see in shopping malls, it dont half give you a buzz and a half.

As a 16 year old I worked at Sainsbury's over the X-mas. After all the customers had left me and a this other guy we used get the big trolleys hold them with rubber gloves and push them around the whole shop for a couple of minutes and then just leave them in the middle of someone else's aisle and wait for some unsuspecting victim to come up and touch it.

There were no camera phones in those times or I would have put the videos on Youtube.

Showering with Lux will help. Lifebouy takes everything off the skin.
Does moisturinzing cream work?

This is wierd I was about to post a similiar thread!

Anyway, this static problem is getting worse for me. When I run on the running machines at the gym and accidently touch the sides, I get a horrible shock. The other day I plugged earphones into the running machine (connected to the TV's), I started getting static shocks in my ear! It all started with my car...switch off the car, touch the door and I'd get whacked with a shock.

If you get an electric shock in your car, it can be resolved by attaching an anti static grounding wire at the bottom of your car. This should get rid of the problem.

Attach something like this:

Also, spray fabric softner on your seat which would also solve the problem.

I have worked it out

All of you guys wear Salwaar Kameez which has a lot of nylon in it.
You also wear a Bata rubber Chappal

When you goto the Toilet you either take your kameez off very quickly or move about too much in it,

This charges your body and when you touch a tap or anything else you get a shock.
