so in the end everyone in the group should have 8 games.

But because SD couldn't get out of the cup in time, the ppl he was meant to play will get the 4 points

I have re-done the tables for Group B.

1 - I have recalculated the Net Run Rates. For more information about NRR, look at this link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Net_run_rate

2 - Byes should not be counted as wins. There are no Points given for byes. At the end of the season, everyone will have played 8 games.

3 - Hari and Straight Bat, to nicely format your tables, use notepad and nicely format your text with tabs and then put the [ code] tags around your text.

Does anyone know if theres a NRR calculator ?

So just type in the scores for the NRR ?

I was looking for something like that, couldn't find anything. I did it by hand. The thing is, you have to recalculate the Net Run Rate for all the games after every game. I have an excel table right now where I keep record of the following numbers: Runs scored, Overs faced (use 50 overs for all outs), Runs conceded, Overs Bowled (use 50 overs for all outs). The net run rate is Runs scored/Overs Faced - Runs Conceded/Overs Bowled.

The important thing to realize is that each ball is 1/6th of an over. 17.4 overs is actually 17.66667 when doing the calculation.

looking at this it looks like Sohrabslegends is the only one comfortable with Pakistani Pwnage also going through virtue of his runrate. I could slip because my runrate is so low and I will get a beating by SB anyway. Karachi Blues would go through if he beats iZee or if umarbeast beats Haroon. Haroon can go if he wins and if iZee beats MKR, since Haroon's runrate is low. Umarbeast still has a chance if he beats Haroon and iZee beats MKR then he will have a chance on runrate.

The top 6 are still in contention, this is exciting.
