Not really! the only reason a player would avoid joining a bigger/better club is cos he loves his current club/supported them as a boy etc etc BUT thats not the case with Stevie G

michael owen supposedly loved lpool as did mcmanaman - stevie G will leave IMO unless he sees big signings made by lpool - likes of ramos would help or ayala

i was shocked when he didnt firmly commit to lpool after final - ideal time - why would he want to leave them now? he is in a tough psn as if lpool had lost final he could have argued he was leaving to win major trophies but he has just won the biggest club comp in europe - so his get out caluse has been quashed!

I know - i was saying that he doesnt really love Liverpool the Football club. I am aware he is a scouser BUT i dont think that is the reason he would stay, it wud be for other reasons
