Manchester United defender Gary Neville fears he may not win another Premiership winners' medal in his illustrious career.
Neville already possesses six championship medals but has gone two campaigns without adding to his tally, with Arsenal and Chelsea claiming the last two league titles.
The Red Devils lost five times in The Premiership this season and admits that is not good enough with the last champions losing just once over recent years.
Neville knows the standard has been raised and that United will need to be at their very best from the off next term to challenge Jose Mourinho's champions.
"Not one of my six title-winning seasons would have been good enough to take it this year," explained Neville.
"Arsenal didn't lose a match in the league all last season while Chelsea lost only one this campaign as they reached 95 points.
"We can no longer say that you can get away with five or six defeats during a season. They have set new standards.
"Their challenge doesn't frighten me. What scares me more is that I worry I may have won my last title medal.
"It's a bigger challenge than we have ever had to win the title, but we have the squad, the management and the determination to do it"
All gud things come to an end mate well it ended 2years ago but it takes some a bit longer then others to realize.
