I mean there are no more words left to describe the guy. I mean the guy has totally destroyed our cricket team and its very foundations. There is just no more pride left in anything associated with the team. I mean how could this guy even take this decision? Why now? Pakistan has never ever been so severe on discipline irrespective of any players involved. Players including our main star players who were involved in match fixing, bribery, corruption, betting, throwing away matches for the sake of a few extra bucks rather than playing for the country, all these players had been forgiven and let off but Shoaib Akhtar someone who has given everything to the country when it mattered, turned down many ICL offers when he had the opportunity to join at a very high price, is given the most criminal and severest punishment ever given to any international cricketer.

DNA knew he was going to be replaced soon given the new political situation in the country but he still went ahead with this hearing and announced this ban on Shoaib Akhtar? The funny thing is Danish Kaneria hasnt even been fined for a similar offence. Shoaib Malik was never asked to explain why he ordered the groundsman to shave the grass of the pitch in defiance of PCB instructions. Yousaf who turned his back on the country and went on to sign the ICL contract was cajoled, accomodated and brought back into the squad.

People are saying that this will prove and turn out to be a shining example for players not to turn out like Shoaib Akhtar. Grow up, every individual is different, no one grows up aiming to act and behave like someone else. The only message that this has promoted is that "Dont mess with the PCB, dont speak out against the PCB, you are our slaves, You do as i say, we control you and your lives, we can make or break you, we own you so if you want to get something out of us then dont you dare stand up against us again"

Shoaib Akhtar should just stop beeing so bloody diplomatic now. He has nothing to lose now, the worse case scenario has just happened. He needs to go all out against this SOB DNA and his bloody unqualified, corrupt clan sitting on the PCB higher ups. Enough is enough. We have lost Waqar Younis, we lost Abdul Razzaq, we got the most pathetic and lifeless captain in Shoaib Malik, we just lost Shoaib Akhtar and now what? whose next? Afridi? For what for speaking out against the captain, coach for their poor leadership and tactics?

The entire PCB mess started the moment DNA took charge, he publicly hummiliated Pakistan by revealing to the entire world that Asif, Shoaib Akhtar tested positive for nandroline. Why cant you keep something like that underwraps? Didnt Australia keep the Mark Waugh, Shane Warne bribery incident for accepting bribes a secret for 10 years while still secretly fining them at the same time? What pisses me off about this current admin, it is still promoting the same nepotism, corruption like all the other boards before it and it justifies its decisions on the basis of professionalism, discipline e.t.c.

I think this is all out war between Shoaib and DNA? I wouldnt mind Shoaib going over and beating the crap out of that loser who is trying to look brave in front of the entire world by trying to show that he just took a brave decision. DNA is just full of deciet, nepotism, corruption. You just look at the major accounting, auditing scandals at the Human Development organization he was heading. He resigned after the 2007 WC debacle and then lobbied to secretly have his resignation rejected. He did nothing to support the squad while our players were beeing treated like criminals by the WI police.

If DNA says The PCB has lost all confidence in Shoaib, then Shoaib should just respond "Yeah right, as if we ever had any in you to begin with"
