I was thinking Pirzada too, although Shafiq does have more centuries and no not outs so his performances were bigger I think.

Dont just see who scored more or who have got bigger average. You should also consider, the owner of the player sacrifice his own club by not playing U19 player for his club whole season and keep his player PFL at the top, so that player can play for U19 Pakistan.

YOu should check the matches, players position, his contribution in the match and records what that player did in the match.

Without naming anyone, there are few players who scored more because they played as openers or 3rd or 4th positions. Those players also did not played in all U19 matches because their managers played them for their own clubs and did not care about U19. They are so many thing to look for before choosing a player.
