I think Kamrans team, Sanyo, should be in the running as well.
Not saying I'm going for him but some others might want to.
I'll make my choice later on after looking at some teams

I will pick umarbeast's pakistan heros. He joined half way through season 7 and was very soon up and competing with the rest of us who have had head starts. He has a very strong side and has beaten me a couple of times and his 3 superb bowlers make it very difficult to score against him. he might not have the great star players but his over all team strength is very good. he might not be the best among us, but he has shown the fastest improvement.
Big Daddy is also a strong candidate. I think he joined at the same time as me but he was among my first mentors. I played a lot of friendlies against him and it was a while before I could beat him. he also helped me with my first stadium expansion.
Kamran has gone very far ahead and it will be a tough job to catch him in his progress. for Iqbalsh, I don't know where and when he started so it is tough to judge how much he has imrpoved.
Now if we were to create another poll of who has improved the slowest, do you think I will be at the top? I had a good start and was advancing quickly but lately it seems like everyone has overtaken me.

I'd be the slowest, batting is not great and about the finances .....

Well i decided that it wouldnt be right to vote for myself so had a look through the other teams on pp, hamblin and tawheed are proberly the best teams on here although hamblin did start almost a year earlier then the rest of us so that makes me think that tawheed progressed quicker.pakistan heros looks a decent team but the fact that he has 41 players in his squad makes me think maybe he hasnt come to grips with squad management and finances but still a couple of nice players. as for the people who started at a similar time to myself eg sb, izee, mcm , hari, bd all of them have managed to get promoted and establish there teams. also cant forget to mention goldy who actually managed to get to div2 although he has struggled this season.
so my vote goes to tawheed.

I think most people were able to beat me offlate is because they went for short term gains. They wanted to buy in strong/superb bowlers and rule the roost for a bit. But you have to realise as you go forward, these superb bowlers will get pasted. If you want to build a team, the bowlers have to be at a minimum be remarkable. So I was always shooting for that. One more season and I'l be untouchable. But until then, live it up u all. :)

I voted for Haroon. He started same time as me but is far ahead of me with player quality and finance. I beat him in friendly first season but this season had no chance of beating him in pp league.
