you just can't have ONE favorite dish!

Mine are..... in no particular order;
Pakistani:
1) Karailay.
2) sarosoon ka saag
3) paaye.
4) mooli ka pratha
5) Kooftay.
6) Tandoori Chicken
7) karahi Gosht.
8) Pullao.
9) nihari
10) Ras malai

non-Pakistani:
1) Shrimp Alfredo.
2) Shrimp Diablo at Pappasito's Cantina (Dallas/Houston)
3) Runza

1. Chicken Tikka - leg piece. If done properly, nothing beats it
2. A good steak
3. seekh kabab, chapli kabab, shami kabab, and all other kinds of kababs.
4. Aaloo Keema
5. mexican grilled chicken topped with grilled onions - some restaurants do this extremely well
6. churrasco - this is Brazilian style dining, grilled meats with minimal but tasty seasoning. A must try for meat eaters.
7. Karhai chicken


I think I eat too much meat....

2) Crab Rangoon
3) Beef Steak
4) Beef Seekh Kebab with Paratha and Butter Naan
5) Mutton Biryani
6) Chittagong's famous Beef Curry (Mezbaan)
7) Camel Meat with rice and daal
8) Shake Shack's Burger
9)Nature Grill's Bison Burger
10) Halal Guys (Lamb over rice with the white and spicy sauce)
11) Steinway Street's Mixed Grill Kebab with Humus on the side (Yummy)

I cooked Chicken Rangoon yesterday and everyone finished it, I am a good chef, just saying. :inzi

There is a Kashmiri dish called 'Harissa'?

The north Africans have a hot chilli and garlic pickle that they call harissa. It is eaten as an accompaniment with meat dishes. Delicious stuff.

I wonder if the Kashmiri 'harissa' is the same?

Yes a very popular dish on Indian side of kashmir, especially we have it in winters. Not like the african pickle you mentioned though. Its basically meat paste with a lot of spices. Its really good. I heard nihari is similar, is that true???
