Legend, I assume you'll be doing the simulation on cricsim (which reminds me, we need to state the specialities of our players, batsman, bowler, all-rounder, and also post our team line-ups), or would you also like to delegate the responsibility to someone else?

Why Monday? What's wrong with tomorrow?

Because positions and lineups have to be finalized. On top of that, you don't even have your team thread yet, (I think).

Once your team in finalized you cannot exchange the players. If i'll se anyone doing this ,I'll simple reject their team. And also please add the PPL logo an your team's logo at the the top of you team's thread:). This will ensure that the thread is official;).

I say a limit of 4 international players... but we should be able to change the XI from match to match.

EG if i see mohsins team has a weakness against spin, I might bring in chris gayle for tanvir. We should be able to change the starting XI, but not the squad.

In the offseason, if there is another season... managers should be able to trade players with other teams. Say if I want Raz or someone else on my team and Izee wants someone from my team, maybe we could strike a deal?

I like it but, instead of just trading players maybe we could have something to spend in return of something. Maybe each team can be given a certain amount of 'points' fir the transfer period, or something like that...

Yeah that sounds good. And you can save your points for a season or two to buy a big player. Would add a new dimension to the game!
