Gibbs will be appearing in court today for drunken driven. It will be his 6th appearance in court during this year. I think Gibbs should buy an apartment in front the the Cape Town court :)

Proteas cricketer Herschelle Gibbs will keep his date with a city court on Friday to face a charge of drunk driving.
And this will happen while his Nashua Cape Cobras teammates face off against the Diamond Eagles in the opening round of the Supersport four-day competition in Kimberley.
Gibbs, who usually opens the batting, is not playing against the Eagles in the match which started on Thursday, but will instead appear in the magistrate's court on Friday.
Cobras coach Shukri Conrad said he would have wanted Gibbs to be available for the opening fixture against the defending Supersport champions, the Eagles, but had anticipated the court appearance.
"We are looking forward to having him back, but for now he'll just be taking things in his stride," said Conrad on Thursday morning.
Gibb was arrested in Sea Point after police allegedly noticed his luxury VW Touareg speeding down Sea Point Main Road at about 1.45am on March 27. Gibbs was reportedly driving alone.
He was held at the Sea Point police station overnight for about six hours then released on R500 bail at 7.50am.
Less than a week after he was arrested for alleged drunk driving, Gibbs was found guilty of misconduct on the field following an incident during a Pro20 match between the Dolphins and the Cobras at Newlands in March.
Gibbs has previously been embroiled in various controversies, from smoking dagga in the Caribbean in 2001 to being implicated in the Hansie Cronje match-fixing scandal.
He has also been embroiled in a bitter divorce suit with his wife, Tenielle.
