why dont we participate in exchange schemes. Let some of our youngsters train here in eng and oz and vice versa. Eng have done it with oz. Our batters need to get properly acquainted to the art of playing the moving ball well - that is the major problem
batsmen like nazir would benefit enourmously and others would do too - alternatively a tours are good but this is another alternative solution. We need to be innovative

Our A team is going to WI to play in the Busta cup hopefully so thats a start.

it is - but i remember england sent some of their players off to oz and theikr academy to help them with their development - we could do with some of this - i know it would cost but would surely help our players

India sent a couple of their pacers to Australia too.

i know - we should do the same - especially our batsman - on oz tour players didnt seem to realise at perth - u cant play expansive drives - all down to horizontal bat shots
also in eng - coping with the moving ball

I think we need to sort our A team and U-19 team before taking this step.

Basically non existent at present.

need to have fixed sides - so ppl can progress

pak test squad
pak odi squad
pak a squad
pak u24 squad(can be seen as a B team)
pak u19

i would look at something like that
