United - Well we need to replace the giant hole left by Ronaldo. We have made an offer for Valencia. But Valencia won't get the goals that Ronaldo did. That is obvious. We need someone who can....so I can dream of Benzema. But most likely we will get no one. I think Fergie trusts in the youth that we have. He won't block the paths of Welbeck and Macheda for marketing purposes.

At Villa we need a centre half who is dominant in the air to replace Laursen; not sure who maybe Bassong? Also with Barry leaving we need a MC, rumours of Defour from Standard coming. A goal scoring centre forward and some decent back up players would also help.

I can see Tevez leaving....now that Ronaldo is gone, I don't really want him either. A forward line of Rooney and Tevez doesn't work without Ronaldo there too. Valencia doesn't make up for that part of Ronaldo's game...becoming a 3rd striker or even a centre forward.

Tevez won't fit into that system in my eyes....ill be sad to see him gone, but I understand why he wants to leave, and him leaving makes sense in my eyes. That being on the proviso that we buy a striker who can lead the line, a proper no 9, with only Welbeck and Macheda providing cover otherwise.
They will get their opportunities, though, as they should.

We are an absolute shambles at the moment so my post will most likely be pointless since we dont even have a manager and we have a clueless owner that wants away

Outgoing = Owen(out of contract), Viduka (out of contract), Ameobi, Smith, Barton, Nolan, Duff, Coloccini, Martins, Geremi, Cacapa (out of contract), Xisco, Lovenkrands (out of contract)

Incoming = Beckford, Surman, Delph, Knaughton, right winger


The above is dependent on getting new owners and having a manager put in place. The above would significantly reduce our wage bill, i reckon it would comfortably more than half it and the players to come it wudnt be on huge wages.

Nah Geremi hasnt, his contract has 1 year left on it - he is on a big salary BUT never plays so we need to get rid of him

A new CB (Or even two) + Holding Midfield + Striker (To replace Adebayor) if we can get rid of him! :)
