Just want to eat time out here, so:
1. was gr8 seeing aussie bowlers being hit all over the park (esp MR LEE), n will be gr8 seeing england bowlers get the same treatment tomorrow (though I doubt if aussie batsmen will b able to get on top of 'KHAMBA'; as for hoggard....forget him - he shube praying to god as there's no swing)
2. did ne one see tht english supporter wearing pakistan team's uniform?...:10:
3. Merc, could you get me some statistics as to how many batsmen have hit shoaiby for a maximum
4. Don't even think abt it!...I don't want this thread snowballing into an insult thread where phrases like 'was it important for u to post this?' or 'waste of space' etc rule; read into the first line again n get used to the idea :11:

Why do you think we would say that? Anyway though. Seeing Brett Lee getting tonked to here, there and everywhere gave me great satisfaction. Though if McGrath didn't get injured i think would've been a bit more like 290-10. But heh, you have to get a lucky break if you want to beat Australia or make the most bias pitch ever....ahem ahem Mumbai.

well i've seen many ppl say such things (mostly because they themselves want to kill time; wot other reason can u cum up with) to those who, like me, want to kill time
"make the most bias ever....ahem ahem Mumbai" i think i've seen sum indians floating around on this web site....hopefully they'll see this
I don't think McGrath cud've done much damage; the pitch from the word go didn't provide ne seam movement or swing - having said tht McGrath would've probably been dispatched too (like his fellow bowlers).......n once he gets hit, he loses temperament n when tht happens it's all 'YEH DIL MANGE MORE (unintentionally)' fore the pigeon
YEH DIL MANGE MORE means nothing but HEART ASKS FOR MORE

McGrath is good on any surface. The guy is a metronome. He real gets under a batsman's skin and makes them do things they don't want to do. You can't just say he would've got dispatched like the rest. This is not just some pace bowler, he is a legend. And yes. I do have a lot of time to kill.

It was all about the mental approach England had today. Had McGrath been in the line up, they could have done the same, it is just all about your metnal approach. Today, Tresco played much more care free and it paid off. Say while Mcgrath is there, he tends to play within the line of the ball and will then probe at a wide one and is out. My point is, that McGrath has some psychological hold on England. And just because his presence was not there, well, as you can see England went nuts. They need to carry this same sort of attack to McGrath when he gets back and unsettle him for the rest of the series, or he will just continue to get onto of you. There is nothing to lose and everything to gain if you look at it(since even if destroys them while attacking, he will destroy them while being defensive).
