I have just come back from tooting high street and there are alot of pakistani fans are there, shouting and celeberaing .I havent seen this type of pakistani celeberaton before.my freinds have called me from east london and Edgware road its all same situation there aswell . you can only hear pakistan zindabad boom bom afridi etc etc .people are dancing :)

ARY ONE WORLD< GEO NEWS here in Uk have been showing live coverage of celebrations in peshawar, quetta, karachi, lahore, rawalpindi, islamabad, hyderbad. Basically people in all provinces from Sarhad, Balouchistan, Punjab and Sind have been celebrating for hours and hours with fire crackers and there was confirmed news that even in indian held kashmir city of srinagar people have been chanting pakistan zindabad !!!

I will never forget these scenes, after 17 years the amazing celebratory scenes of 1992 world cup victory have been repeated !!!

Just got back from ilford lane and green street....epic celebrations!! horns blaring, chants of Pakistan Zindabad, dhol, music and dancing...absolutely epic stuff!! People were on rooftops and on the roofs of cars and bus stops!

Green street was rocking! Fireworks, played abit of dhol because the guy who had it couldn't play it lol.

STRATFORD RD, LADYPOOL RD was awsome it was live and kikin dhol player on streets flags horns cars, ppl on streets celebrating giving mithai owt to pubilc. Memorable achievement winning the world cup pakistan has put smile on all of ours face and united ppl hope the best performance continues inshallah..
