Considering that lot of discussion being done on political topics lets discuss this as well. I think there is no solution to pakistan unless there is peace in afghanistan and until usa forces are in afghanistan there dont seem to be a solution and they will not leave it because of alqaida and talibans which is half of it in pakistan and half in afganistan. CIA and RAW playing their own games there, may be IRAN is also contributing, atleast it has done in past. There is stalemate and no body knows what needs to be done.
I suggest that a muslim peace keeping force consisting of army of muslim countries led by pakistan should be sent there which will work under NATO forces and gradually take over them which should bring some peace to the country ideally. Then talk to pushtoons and make sure of their participation in government. Mean time develop an exit strategy to NATO and USA.
what do you guys think??

Zaid Hamid has already come up with this idea. I think the idea is good but is not appliable as Nato and US will not leave Afghanistan unless they suffer huge losses.

NATO are not stupid. are they?? their economy does not permit any adventurism at the moment. they want to go home but they cant because of security concerns. It is our failure that we havent come up to a soultion which gives win win to everybody. we are the nation worst affected by 9 11 and its pakistan who has to take initiative to solve this.

I dont think that the Nato really are that much concerned about the security of South Asia and its Muslim population. I am sure though that they won't leave their strategic position in Afghanistan untill their objectives are obtained. Afghanistan for them is an important strategic base where they can keep countries like Iran, Pakistan and China in check. Afghanistan is also a country where there is said to be rich reservoirs of Gas and Oil. Even though I'm hope that both Nato and USA leave Afghanistan I dont see that likely at the moment.

pakistan has already offered to broker talks between americans and talibans, now its upto stupid americans to decide how many more people they want to kill in Afghanistan

Even though we gave most of them shelter in Pakistan BUT its just the small minority.
Tbh i dont blame them believing the crap being fed to them by the indian government in 'helping them' even though we all know about how Afghanistan is being raped just to get at Pakistan. The sooner they realise they are being used the better.
It really disappoints me they way some hate Pakistan.....but more hate india trust me. Its just a small minority.

It's easy for them to put a blame on OTHERS than sorting out their own problems. They blame Pakistan for interference in their matters but they have been in this mess much earlier than Pakistan came into being.
Pakistan did play a role as well but they easily forget our sacrifices to accomodate millions of refugees, we suffered a LOT because of refugees, overall poverty, DRUGS, security situation got worse. Thousands of Pakistanis took arm to fight Russians and thousands of forigeners came to Pakistan as well.
yep, Waseem is spot on...they have to sort out their sh*t by themselves

look at this, some afghan buddy sent this,
hello there,
i 1st want to clear the reason why i deleted your comments,
because they opposed my idea and mentallity and i would discuss it with you on my comment on the video but it would take tons of pages,
now i also want to make clear that i am not a racist,
but the reason now for why lots of afghans hate pakistan...i mean common on look at afghan history since pakistan has been created.
it has always been pakistans goal to take down afghanistan, the nwfp has been afghan land since ancient times and a land of afghan people,
and just look at the role the isi has had in the lst decades, killing innocent pashtuns on the pakistani side,
and then funding pashtuns and telling them to do jihad on the afghan side toppling our governments,
and remember that it was NOT pakistan that funded the mujahideen, pakistan did not put a single rupee into it, not even a single fighter, if anything they benefited from it,
a weaker afghanistan,
all the money caame from saudi , us, britian, france ect.
pakistans only part was distributing it to the commanders and factions they wanted...who were the war lords and criminals, there were many loyalist who were turned down!
pakistan wanted to fund these men intentionally knowing they would caos chaos in the nation,
remember that pakistan did not do ANYTHING for afghan independence.
look at the schools, the bridges, the gov. institutions the housing projects the major economic boom pakistan had in the 80's!!!.....they stole lots of aid that was suppose to go to the refugees and used it for their own good and sold it, now were talking about billions of dollars here.
for example in quetta my father went to buy medicine for me when i was a child, and when he bought it, the prescription had a label on it, on the label in 3 languages, urdu, dari and english
"these medicines are intended for uses of the refugees only, not to be sold"
pakistan wanted that war to drag on as long as possible, if they had not stolen half the ammunition for their won army we wouldve defeated the soviets in 5 years, but pakistan wanted to benefit from dying muslims....
shame on you pakistan

Many Bengalis in UK are often surprised to learn that Bangladesh was part of Pakistan!
