my 1 root canal teeth is completely damaged ,,,wanted to fill it and clean it ....

You didn't say that before. How can people help if you hide things?
Brush every day then - twice if possible. Otherwise slowly build up to it. Dentonic is good but regular paste will also work. And no sticky food and Shahi supari etc

There was a thread similar to it a while back too where people said use clove or clove oil or take a stick and hit yourself where it didn't hurt and pain will transfer etc

This is a very good advice. For example whenever I have a back pain I will hit my head with a stick so that pain moves to my head. I can manage the head pain better than a back pain. :))) :))) :)))
