I Need Help - Fantasy Cricket

guys i would really like to fantasy cricket but is it too late to join..i mean would'nt i be behind big time in points? plus i cant find rules! can some1 plz help me so i know what to do? i am really confused but really wanna play...all the quarterly and yerly stuff is VERY confusing
